I went into the library this morning to see if I could sit and find a book to read before catching my bus home walked in with my hot chocolate with a lid on it ,I politely asked if it was okay to bring my drink in , just to be clear I am a grown woman in her sixties the lady behind the desk said “yes as long as you don’t pour your drink over the books” I looked at her with disbelief and said “why would I do that “ she said “because you have a drink in your hand” I just turned around and walked out and said “how old do you think I am a 5year old child ‘ if I could give zero I would absolutely disgusting customer service

Fantastic, helpful staff, not just throughout the pandemic but all the time. They even go out of their way to put things on for the children during the holidays. My grandaughter loves doing the challenges, drawings, quizes etc. Thanks to all the staff, well done.
