ALL the doctors and nurses are appalling. I've been laughed at, they've been rude and angry to me as well as condescending and narcissistic. I've got alot of mental and physical health problems which I have NEVER been helped with for several years! I have a lot of symptoms of problems that need to be treated to which I've been told, "it could be anything" then sent on my way. You have to mention the patient liaison service or record on your mobile phone to get any help and for them to treat you like a human being. They have a terrible reputation around Chopwell and surrounding area's. I was even warned by many health care professionals NOT to go there. Unfortunately due to mental and physical disabilities I have to go there, I have no choice. I would give them zero stars if possible. They should have zero stars out of five, they are that bad!

Mint - always find time for kids appointments and will help with odd prescriptions etc. Nurses and staff wonderful very human and I didn't need to go on national TV

Terrible surgery over one hour wait times and doctor said to me oh I have a PhD and have not heard of that condition so it doesn't exist I mean the arrogance I ended up havin to go on national television show and getting private treatment and I did have the condition I thought I had. I had the symptoms but the doctor here is obviously an arrogant fool
