Absolutely shocking lesson plans, riddles with errors and broken links. They expect you to change and update lesson plans for them.

Zero empathy and tolerance for workers struck with illnesses. Passed out in early morning from medical issues and they were upset I rang them 12 minutes too late after potentially dying in my sleep.

Unprofessional payroll, you will be woken up to missed calls begging to send back any money they've sent incorrectly, without any regard for your personal time or if it's a weekend. (Not saying the money should not be given back, just don't spam call after your incompetence)

Primary PPA Cover are a friendly, professional and supportive team. They are there for you every step of the way when need be and have helped enormously in preparing for lessons for school and work at a school. They have helped me access and use the exceptional software, Teach Tool. This had also helped me very much prepare for lessons. The company are a pleasure to work with!

Have used Primary PPA Cover for a number of years now. They are flexible and have been able to cover a wide range of subjects including French, Spanish and Music. They swiftly adapted to lockdown learning by providing pre-recorded lessons for each class. Libby is an amazing French teacher - the children love her as do the parents! A company worth considering.

Hiring languages teachers without checking they can speak the advertised language?

Such poor organisation had to call candidates back as they "forgot" to ask all the interview questions!!

Poor lesson plans taken straight off TES sometimes in the incorrect language.

NO ADAPTION IN PLANS IN LINE WITH COVID 19 GUIDELINES, HENCE STAFF UNABLE TO TEACH EFFECTIVELY AND SAFELY IN LINE WITH PLANS AND GOVERNMENT GUIDELINES. Example: lessons with singing, touching, sharing objects. Very poor planning with regards to this, putting people's children at risk.

Avoid at all costs.

Appalling company. Sent to wrong schools and wrong year groups. Lessons provided were inadequate and often in two languages French and Spanish taken straight off of TES. Not been paid in two months. Car crash and I pay them back, deductions from wages. Taking legal action. Avoid at all costs.
