I wanted to correct my accent as much as possible, so I took 8 online private classes with Zainab. I am currently taking group lessons as well, which are included in the package of private classes.
I appreciate her expertise; she knows a lot and is always able to answer each of my questions. I also appreciate that she understands my particular accent—being East Asian—and adapts the lessons to suit my specific needs.
The textbooks provided by the school are well-structured and are the best materials I have found so far. They come with audio files, which allows me to easily practice by myself at home.
If you are interested in correcting your accent and improving your speech as a non-native English speaker, I strongly recommend this school 🙂

I really enjoy being a student at Pronunciation Studio. I definitely recommend it to anyone wishing to improve their knowledge not only of Pronunciation but Phonetics and Accents as well (by the way, a course on Accents for ESL teachers would be great!)

UPDATE: Finally in touch. Hopefully they update their Google listing, fix the form on their website, and respond more promptly to voicemails.

Did not reply to messages sent through their website. Called multiple times in the last week and no reply. Left a voicemail, no reply. Visited in person and found out they are no longer at the location given on Google Maps.

I have had 16 lessons with Zainab and it has been a great experience. She is a very thoughtful teacher who puts a lot of thought into how she presents the material and adjusts it to your individual needs. Her lessons were engaging, useful, and she was very patient, always encouraging to try harder, persuading that you can do it. I would highly recommend Zainab and Pronunciation Studio to anyone interested in learning English pronunciation.
