I thoroughly enjoyed my training experience for the SIA Door Supervisor here. The environment was conducive to learning, the staff were highly knowledgeable, detail-oriented, and genuinely invested in our success. Ryan and Sharon were amazing! The sessions were engaging and interactive, making the entire experience valuable and rewarding. It was worth every penny, and I would 100% recommend RDS Training without hesitation!

Did my top up & team leading training with RDS, I very highly recommend them, always professional but also take the time to know everyone personally, they treat you more like close friends, than customers, they have always gone above & beyond to ensure everyone gets what is promised.. I made friends with the staff, Sharon, Ryan & Julie, they are wonderful people, they deliver what they promise & more..

They always take the time out to help you, even when your not training with them..

They are in my opinion the best providers there is..

My Opinion on RDS Training

I started my training in July, deciding to take the "2 Door Supervisor" course. Unfortunately, I was unable to attend after the first day because I fell ill. Despite my efforts to communicate this, I was informed by my trainer that according to the agreement, if I do not attend, I am not entitled to a refund.

I understand the importance of adhering to policies, but I feel it is very unfair to lose my payment for a situation that was completely beyond my control due to illness.

I also received a message stating that the courses are limited in number and that I could potentially take a place in the next course, but only if spots remain available. However, to date, no one has offered me any compensation or resolution regarding my situation.

My advice: if you do not want to lose £350 on something that may turn out to be unsatisfactory, I definitely do not recommend RDS Training.

Just finished my door supervisor course ive been on quite a few courses and this one was the best by far, sharon is a great teacher, gets the point across just as it is deffo knows her stuff, I recommend this place for any course you're doing

Would 100% recommend RDS training they go above and beyond for you and they are real down to earth people and easy to chat to and always have time to help and answer your questions I have done my top up course and I can’t thank them enough for there help thanks to Ryan, Sharon and Julie 5 stars from me I will definitely be recommending your company to anyone who wants to do the courses 🙂

I did my door supervisor top up training over 2 days with a very good trainer sharon porter she showed me new conflict training techniques I hadn't done before and learnt more than expected she was very helpful and such a pleasant person I'd recommend having her do your security courses along with rds training .
