Great experience so far with our office space at this site. Easy access for myself and my team. Private rooms available to book on the app. The team on the desk are attentive and respond to my queries either in person or via email promptly.

I was quite disappointed with the facilities in the building. There is no designated area for taking private phone calls, which is highly inconvenient, especially for those working on higher floors like the 10th or 11th. Each time you need to make a call, you're required to exit the building entirely, which is a significant disruption to the workday.

Additionally, while there are meeting rooms available, they must be booked in advance, which isn't always practical. This building urgently needs a dedicated space where people can sit and have conversations or phone calls without such restrictions. The numerous signs asking people not to make calls in the hallways only add to the frustration. For a business-oriented building, this lack of basic amenities is quite surprising and needs immediate attention.

Ok for the price, but very poor facilities. The door wouldn't stay closed, the co-working spaces were very small, and desks were not clearly marked as reserved or not (I sat at unreserved desk and someone came over some time later claiming that was his desk. Confusing)

Looked like the public co-working spaces were very few but to be honest the place was basically empty the whole time I was there

Friendly staff at the reception. Good coffee. Building is quite cold on a Monday morning because heating is off on the weekends.
Note that power sockets are in the floor and there is no space to connect with an adapter if your laptop plug is non UK like mine.

The best office we have used in Manchester so far for 8 years. Office staff are very professional, intelligent, presentable for any kind & of quality clients. The building is fabulous with style being the 'former Bank of England building' with great '24 hour' security as it is open '24 hours a day', even on 'bank holidays'.The location is just round the corner from the town hall, being in the city centre, so is easy to find. Though the best part of using this office are the staff namely "Fiona Greeenhough" & "Sophie Thompson", "Kamilla Skarus" & the range of clients and people with 14 floors of clients there from corporate lawyers to smaller ones to therapists+they provide office stationary cheaper then a lot of places

The address is in an ideal position for our company and the quality of the building itself is impressive, whilst all support staff are very helpful and proficient.

We would definitely recommend Regus King St for any business wanting a great central location and professional set-up in Manchester.

The centre is a beautiful building with lovely office space. The centre team are very helpfull and efficient. They are always willing to assist with any request i send to them and no job is to big. I cant thank the team more for everything they have done to help my company.
