Upon knowing that I want to start learning Russian, my colleague highly recommended the Russian Language Centre to me from personal experience. I therefore decided to enrol onto the online beginners Russian course and it was the best decision I have ever made! I thoroughly enjoyed every session and it is something I look forward to each week. The sessions are highly interactive and my teacher Kira is very knowledgeable, engaging and patient. The right amount of homework also allows me to consolidate what I have learnt each week. I wholeheartedly recommend the Russian Language Centre to anyone who wish to pick up or improve their Russian!

I just got the results of Russian A levels exams. It's A*. I am so happy. When I started the course, I had doubts if I make it through. But Olga Makarenko Smith, our tutor, was patient and so devoted to her job, she explained everything so good, that it was easy and pleasant to go to the exams. First time in my life I enjoyed exams so much, because I felt so confident. Thank you, Olga, so much.
I enjoyed every lesson, it was not only interesting, but also useful and cheerful.
Enjoyed meeting my virtual classmates.

I had the most interesting experience with the Russian Language Centre. The teachers are highly qualified, really friendly, with year of experience in their field. Their advice helped me greatly not only to develop my level of Russian language but presentation, research and argumentative skills too. I recommend everybody who has a good knowledge of Russian or who is studying this wonderful language to undertake the A-level course with Russian Language Centre. I managed to obtain an A* in Russian which helped me to secure a place in the University of Glasgow for a Common Law course. Many thanks to the Russian Language Centre.

Olga is not only the nicest teacher but the most supportive and also the most encouraging. She breaks down and explains the A-Level course incredibly and I walked into my exam after only half a year of lessons feeling incredibly confident! She is always willing to give feedback and go through areas students don't understand.

Kira is a brilliant young Russian teacher. She uses modern teaching techniques to maximise my learning experience.
