Unfortunately, I need to advise parents to avoid this organisation. My children have been attending the clubs for a while, and have barely learned anything, let alone to “speak like a native”. The club leaders change frequently, some are very inexperienced with children, sessions are cancelled at short notice or with no notice at all. Despite SEND children accepted, they are later kicked out of the club because some of the frequently changing club leaders are ineffective with them or do not try to understand their needs, in breach of the organisation’s own policies and at damage to the child. A huge exception to this is one French teacher, Mr Appel, who was always excellent. It is a shame he is the exception.
