Wonderful place to walk around, down, over and up. Set on the hill with countywide views. If you are heading up through fields which allow access to walkers, make sure during wet weather you have wellies, even some of the paths can get a bit muddy and sticky. Walking up the road part way has its advantages, but take care of the odd car going up and down. Sunnier months or wet and dark, it's a treasure to explore. Just make sure you keep it a treasure for others when you leave, by leaving no trace that you were there, apart from your footprints on the ground.

This is a wonderful place, the coffee shop has a group of people that come to do knitting crocheting and I usually do some sewing, we all have a great time catching up and having a good old natter 😁
