I am appalled that the gentleman Jack Peters, has made such inaccurate and completely unfounded comments about Stretton Food Bank. His comments are very unkind and very unhelpful, both to the devoted people who work so hard to support those in need in the local community and to donors and recipients of this most worthy cause. Support is offered to anyone who needs it and everyone is treated fairly and equally. The generosity of the organisers and those who donate should be applauded.

Discriminates against families and those with invisible disabilities. Not only does the foodbank open extremely close to school pickup time making it extremely difficult or impossible for parents. Staff also give their friends much more food than a struggling family of 5 and refuses to even discuss. Even just walking around and getting the bare minimum you get stared at by staff who give you dirty looks. - I wouldn't mind if everyone was treated equally. However the clear discrimination is unacceptable.
