Wet room was fitted in my home The workmen who was fitting the bathroom spilled gloss paint on my carpet. He then tried to hide it by putting the rug over it///// also reported this to the company and I had to put a claim in for new hallway carpet. then I had to report to them. The toilet was not flushing properly. They had to send a plumber back out to put a new toilet in//////the seat then came off the toilet had to ring the company again to send one of their workmen out to come and fix the toilet seat /////// then when I was having a shower pieces of white plastic were dropping out of the back of the shower onto the shower room floor the shower, then started to lean forward as it was not attached to the wall then I could see the shower had not been fitted properly obviously, from the start this is an electric shower too ///////I rang the company to say can you please come out and sort out the shower as the screws were dropping out the wall as well was told by the gentleman on the phone ////ring back when the secretary is there, which I can’t see the point of as she’s not qualified to deal with this//// when she picked up the phone she told me to wait till the gentleman was back and give him a ring or proceeded to tell her. The gentleman told me to wait till she was back, and she told me to wait till the gentleman was back and they will call me by now I’ve had to phone him three times in one day, but absolutely no resolution to the fact that they fitted the bathroom, the wet room, the toilet wash basin, the shower which is electric? No resolution shower broken. No one wants to sort the problem out. It’s called pass the buck ////basically it’s just like a game of ping-pong ball due to the fact, …….I will be left without a shower with no assistance and severe health problems due to epilepsy and heart, condition and pacemaker. I feel that they have shown no compassion and understanding of peoples health problems. At my own cost I’ve now had to pay out £300 for a new shower plus a electrician who has been certificated from the government to come and fit it at more expense to myself there workmanship was sloppy their customer service was appalling and disgusting if you want to use this company, please read my review and choose them your own peri still waiting for a call back which never happens and the phone was put on answerphone

Very bad and rude driver who thinks they can park wherever they like and then have the gall to honk loudly at anyone who tries to get round them and then come back and start lecturing that person about patience! The bloody cheek of it!
