It was an excellent experience, I spent three weeks preparing for an IELTS exam at the school, and throughout the days we intensively went through the format, we prepared the various exercises, and when the day of the exam came, it was exactly as expected.

The ambient is lovely, the staff was so kind and pleasant, they encouraged us to chat amongst the students and it was one of the highlights in my time in Plymouth.

Highly recommend it for anyone with enough time on their hands to learn English further, especially if they have their sights on some exam.

This is t he only school language I would recommend for gaining skills and practicing or preparing for an exam. The environment, the staff and the accommodation were just brilliant. I have spent 2 weeks having intensive course getting me ready for IELTS. I passed it the week after. Highly recommended to my friends and colleagues. I can`t thank you enough!

6 years ago I’ve spent here two lovely weeks preparing intensively for my IELTS Academic test. What a great, friendly and smiley team they are. My teacher back then was Tim(I believe). He is great gentleman and born to be a great teacher and professional. He gave me and my colleagues courage and knowledge and believed in us so we all succeeded. I studied in this school in 1991. I still remember those old days when I traveled abroad and stayed with Lidston family "Mrs. Margret". The school teachers were really great and I learned a lot. Will definitely send my son next year 🙂
