I bought my son a tapas lesson with Heather as a Christmas present and it was a fantastic experience. He enjoyed how interactive the session was with lots of hints and tips on techniques, ingredients and Spanish pronunciation, found the recipes very clear and the environment very homely and non-intimidating. He got to choose what we cooked up front from a selection provided by Heather and all of the tapas were universally delicious. A thoroughly enjoyable few hours spent in Heathers lovely kitchen cooking authentic Spanish food - perfecto!

Lovely cooking class- a must do!

We booked onto the tapas cooking lesson as a group of friends. Heather was amazing, she explained everything we needed to know about each recipe, she demonstrated and then we all had a go making the dishes. The recipes were simple to make but impressive looking and incredibly tasty. Perfect if you’re hosting guests.
Heather was super knowledgeable, very friendly, she added lots of humour and created a lovely relaxed atmosphere. We were given recipe cards to take away plus we were able to enjoy all the dishes we made.
Overall it was a fabulous way to spend time with friends. I highly recommend Talking Tapas.

A fantastic morning for me and my adult son - Heather was personable, knowledgeable about everything Spanish and a fantastic cook. We chose the tapas we wanted to cook prior to the session and enjoyed cooking, learning and eating. We would highly recommend!

What a great way to spend a lunch time. Heather was a great host, not only providing advice and guidance on cooking some tapas but also produced some great food. We have a gluten allergy and Heather approached this with sensitivity and great care. We came away very inspired and have spent a bit more in Sainsburys than normal

5 of us had a fabulous time with Heather. She’s a really good host and cook! Her kitchen is super. We chose 4 tapas dishes and they were all delicious! She gave us loads of info eg origins of tapas, ingredients to look for. ¡I’d thoroughly recommend Talking Tapas!

My partner and I had a lovely Tapas class with Heather! She was very knowledgeable, welcoming and inspiring. We spent the late morning learning about the history of Tapas and how to cook some beautiful dishes that had been specially curated to our tastes. We had a great time making the dishes together and thoroughly enjoyed eating them! Heather sent us on our way happy and full, with handy recipe cards and some great recommendations for a weekend in Frome! We would highly recommend this class, even to complete beginners!!!
