I have not had the opportunity to start my program, due to an illness and other situations that I am dealing with in my life. However, I must say that the representatives at the TEFL institute have been very attentive and informative. I received an email stating that I have 30 days left to complete my program and I spoke to Mr. Walter Cullinan about my situation. He listened to me and took the time to answer all of my questions, as well as made sure that I understood how the program would be beneficial to me. He was kind enough to leave me a contact number and told me that if I need any additional help or have any more questions that I can contact him. I am so grateful to him. He made my day.

Working through thr TEFL website along with the TEFL team has been a seemless, stress free experience. The team is without a doubt nothing but supportive and encouraging. I've had the pleasure of working with Annalise and Lisa who had helped me and answered all of my questions along the way without any hesitation and have always had my best interest in mind. I am impressed by the 180-hour TEFL course I completed. The content was well-structured, the platform user-friendly, and the team support excellent. Started the program in early 2024. As a previous educator, I was not sure what to expect from this on-line course, although have taken many in the past. However, I was pleasantly surprised at how well structured the content and information was presented through each of the modules. Although each module has a fair bit of information, there was great examples and learning activities to assist in retaining the information. Within the first week, I received an email from a student advisor, in case I needed any assistance throughout the course. Lastly, there is a lot of web links to resource material which will be helpful going forward.

Right after my enrollment in the TEFL (180 hours) certificate, the customer service representative contacted me to inquire whether I had managed to obtain the desired information. After listening to my career goals she suggested a better alternative than my initial program choice. The online access procedure, as well as the material, and the assistance provided were up to the expected standards. Let's put it this way:"They do what they say they will, and this in a very professional manner". I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to follow this path.

I have enrolled for a course with TEFL institute today, so cannot comment on the course yet. But what is worth mentioning is very competent pre-purchase guidance. I filled in a "call-me-back" form not hoping for much response, but soon was surprised by an actual phone call from Ireland from one of the instructors, Walter Cullinan (I'm in South Africa by the way). He gave me some honest and competent feedback on my points of interest, provided some further comments through timely email interaction and I ended up signing up for the course.
