We would wholeheartedly say that this is such a good venue.
Library, cafe, and various other things to use such as Hearing company availability on Thursday am. For any issues regarding hearing.
Staff always pleasant and very helpful.

A good range of services including Hearbase. The library bit is a little underwhelming with very little quiet space to sit and read.

Had an appointment with the registrar. Reception was friendly and helpful. Appointment was on time and the registrar was lovely. Only downside is there are only 5 disabled parking bays so we had to pay and display which meant a 1 hour window, we made it with 1 minute to spare but could have done without the added stress.

Library is a great place to go to study or read quietly. You can also borrow cds and dvds and can use the computers. Lovely cafe on the top floor. Staff are fantastic.

I cannot agree with the reviews about the kindness and efficiency of the registrar. The receptionist was very kind and helpful but the registrar lacked any compassion during the recent registration of a death in the family and denied any knowledge or responsibility for the paperwork sent with the appointment.

Sadly had to go to register my Mums death but that said staff were really helpful. Gentleman on reception friendly and directed me to correct place. Staff that registered the details were also friendly and the atmosphere was relaxed .....so thankyou for making the whole experience easier 😊
