Me , my sister & two niece's thoroughly enjoyed our bee experience on Saturday. We learnt so much about the bees & found it so very interesting. David the bee farmer explained everything so well & showed us how to handle the bees in the hive & really made it a fantastic afternoon , Thankyou David.

Had a wonderful morning on our hive visit. We learned lots, and it was great to be so hands on with things. David is a fantastic host and the Cattow's Farm site is the perfect place for this activity as you can stop for lunch in the farm shop afterwards (and pick up some of David's bees' honey too!)

I’ve been thinking about learning about beekeeping for a while and was lucky enough to have an experience day bought by my family is a gift. I can absolutely say it was a fabulous day. Dave certainly knows his stuff and put it over in a way that a novice can understand. I attended with my husband and we both learned so much, so much so that we are keen to move to the next level. Would recommend to anybody looking into learning about the wonderful process of beekeeping.

What a wonderful way to spend a couple of hours finding out about and getting close up with bees! David is so informative and knowledgeable and gets you involved so you really feel like you’re involved in checking the hive. We even found the queen!
If you’re looking for something new or unusual to do, then get booked on. I can’t recommend this highly enough. Thank you David the bee farmer for a fantastic morning 😁

My order was delivered by hand by the bee farmer himself, Very nice Gent I must say, Once inside I popped open the jar to a fantastic aroma which transfered in to the taste I was about to enjoy, Fantastic honey, I can 100% recommend and will be stocking up

Met David at late night shopping in Ashby. He is passionate about his honey and that’s what makes it so delicious!
Kool Guys in Coalville are now using David’s product in their ice cream and it tastes superb!
