Since I was very busy, I could only take classes once a week for 4 hours, and I continued for about a year. Everyone around me said that my English had improved a lot, and that made me very happy. I found this school by chance through Google searches. I was very satisfied with the school—the environment is great. The teachers are very patient and friendly. After a long break, I want to continue from where I left off, and I highly recommend this school to anyone who wants to learn English.

Unfortunately 0 starts isn’t an option but at least the one star will represent the Teachers here who are excellent but can’t say the same about their receptionist, my mum came here in hopes of improving her English for better job opportunities but instead she was belittled and made to feel extremely upset by the receptionist and got refused the assessment the teachers told the receptionist my mum should take because she apparently ‘had no time ‘ and that she should pay first and then later on take the assessment when that’s not what my mum and the teacher had discussed. Not only that but when my mum was speaking with the teacher she saw that the receptionist would keep looking at her then at each other and snickering From the reviews I’m seeing I can tell this isn’t the first time this has happened to someone and that’s absolutely appalling. I hope the receptionists realise that the job they took includes providing good customer service but not to just sit at a computer all day doing God knows what. Once again I am absolutely disgusted by this behaviour coming from GROWN ADULTS. Do better and I hope this issue gets resolved fast so that no one else has to go through what my mum went through.

The teachers are very good and the classes are very fun. I would give them more than 5 stars.
But the receptionists should be more pleasant and take the time to explain to the clients when the doubts are not resolved.
For the rest, the classes are very good and they have helped me a lot.
