We have bed. forced to use this terrible service in the NHS at our busy and diverse hospital. I have been complaining about this service for some years but our leaders simply do not seem to care about poor women( I work in maternity). Firstly when we phone we often get an answer phone! Out of hours particularly, they often do not sufficient translators. The quality of the interpreters is often poor and this has sometimes led to patient HARMS.

The reception hangs up on people asking for information because no one replies to emails. Very unprofessional service that I wouldn’t want anything to do with.

Is an excellent interpreting and translating company. Is very nice to work for it and to get their services. Is valuing the customer and the freelancer who is collaborating with. I totally recommend it, if you can provide language services collaborating with The Language Shop might be a very good start, and if you are someone whose needs are related to languages, do not hesitate to contact them.
Thank you LS

I do not recommend this service. I do not feel I have received the service for the price I have paid. I do not feel I have been treated fairly considering I contacted the Language Shop for multiple jobs and I wanted to maintain a good relationship for future opportunities. I no longer wish to work with them in the future.

It is one of the few agencies that really care for their interpreters. They are very understandable and flexible. They always listen to you in case you need to cancel an assignment for a justified reason. No fees or charges for late attendance or late cancellation like other agencies. Interpreters should only work with agencies like this one so other companies that do not care about their interpreters will change their dodgy terms and maybe in a near future, interpreters can be more valued than they are nowadays. Thank you Languageshop!

A hearing led service that should not be working with the Deaf community and BSL - the language of the Deaf community. Clueless about BSL and clueless about Deaf users
