Very kind people, I loved how they treated us. Especially Phelipe and speaking examiner were lovely people. It was nice to meeting with them. Very clean and individual toilets which is a rare service. 5 stars!

Worst, by far, examination centre. No organisation, no communication, no responses to emails , no professionalism and they just mess with people. Last year it was a lady called Renata who was amazing. But since last year there should be a change in management, obviously for the worse. I have paid for an exam, sent them proof of payment but no reply. In one week a gentle reminder and yet no reply. I called them and at that time they realised that there was an email from a candidate! They looked at it and the manager called me back reassuring me that I will get a confirmation email. No email sent. Next day I call them again, a gentleman reassured me again that I will receive an email shortly. Again no email confirmation. I called them again ...they will look at it. This is going on for a month now. To this end, I cannot book annual leave for my exam day, either train tickets as I am not local and or accommodation. THEY JUST MESS WITH CANDIDATES and get their money. I personally will report them to British cpuncil

I had a really posive experience sitting my Certificate of Proficiency in English at the London Exam Centre last May - The booking process was quick and easy, the exam day was thoroughly planned and ran smoothly, and the post-exam service was excellent too. All members of staff at the centre were kind and ready to help, creating a very welcoming and calm atmosphere. All you need on an exam day! The building has astonishing facilities: lounge with coffee machine, storage rooms, back yard, modern classrooms and clean toilets. I would strongly recommend this centre if you are planning on taking one of the Cambridge English exams.

I had an amazing experience at London Exam Center. I should say that it was my best IELTS experience ever in terms of organization of the test itself and student friendly staffing. This was my fifth Academic IELTS exam in a row and I had that anxiety on arrival the exam Center. The staff were very supportive and everything was so well organized. This helped me to calm my nerves. All the instructions were very precise and they supported hands on when we had any difficulty with the system. Place was extremely clean and sitting arrangements were appropriate with COVID-19 safeguards in place. Everyone was so kind, polite, understanding and showed magnificent levels of interpersonal skills. I would like to share my gratitude and thanks for Agnes, Loredana and all staff members of the Center for such an awesome IELTS experience.

Easily reachable by walking from Wimbledon station. I've passed the Cambridge C2 exam with their computer based test. Good facilities. Nice employees. Overall professional. There's a nice small hotel next door (Justin James Hotel).
I've done the test in a weekend trip (leaving Basel to London on Friday evening and I was back in Basel on Sunday morning).

I took the IELTS on the 6th July and had the best experience I could have asked for. The staff were very nice and professional since I arrived at the venue. The exam ran smoothly. This was my 2nd attempt at IELTS, in order to become a Registered Nurse here in the UK, and I passed (I had tried it before at another venue). I totally recommend London Exam Centre! They even send personalised emails with a map of both locations and on the day before the results are released, with all the information you need and a step by step guide, which makes it all easier. Also, if the Speaking test is rushed and you might take it early they will give you call to stay they are ready for you.
