University of law manchester provided wrong date for enrollment, student came and enrolled himself. After 3 months university came to know he travelled early so they reported to home office.

Don’t bother studying at this university. Choose another university for your postgraduate studies. Being an online student at this university means you will be neglected, fobbed off and ignored. On one occasion, they failed to provide me with my seating allocation for my face to face exams in 2022, they have had a plethora of technical problems making it impossible to submit some assessments online.

They also enrolled me for the wrong assessment on another occasion! I had to speak to a counsellor because my mental and emotional health was being seriously affected. All you’ll get in response is an email saying “apologies for the confusion, submit a concession” or “apologies for the inconvenience…” It’s not good enough!

Would give 0 stars if I would. Literally sitting at their reception right now because I’ve “not been enrolled yet” and my “visa is pending” even though I have followed through with every single step of registration before their deadline. Induction is on a Saturday and they have told me that I can’t join the induction even though I have paid for the course and have completed everything online. No one I can speak to at all because it is a Saturday and only one person is working - the person on reception. Actually absurd and have been told that I need to “wait till Monday”, even though it is the fault and delay of the visas and admissions team as I have not been contacted whatsoever about details of my admissions or any further required documents.

An absolute joke how disorganised this place is given that they KNEW that it is their “policy” to ask you to go home and miss induction because my “visa is pending”.

Would run farrrrrrrr if I had known this.

Support and communication is non-existent. Have sent 10/11 emails regarding a small issue/enquiry along with 3/4 phone calls, no help or support whatsoever. Withdrew my application, and now I can't even get my admission fee refunded because the finance team are equally as incompetent as the admissions team. Perfect if you admire unnecessary daily stress, otherwise I would run far in the opposite direction.

ULAW is an amazing school.The faculty's expertise and committment to providing comprehensive legal and business education are commendable. The interactive and practical approach to learning has greatly enriched my understanding of legal concepts. I will preface this firstly by saying if I could give 0 stars I would.

If you are thinking of studying here, especially remotely, please think again and consider other options. There is a complete lack of support and communication. My entire experience at the University of Law has been dire. You pay so much money for a 30 minute lecture per module per week. Additionally you pay for your text books which you will essentially be using to teach yourself! It has been an extremely underwhelming and disappointing experience and had I the ability to turn back time I would have chosen a different provider.
