I would highly recommend this training provider for any training that you require. I recently attended the Fire Marshal training - Colin was very professional and delivered the course in an engaging way with lots of practical elements and highly relevant facts. This has given me confidence to tackle small fires and know what to do in a real emergency. It has improved my skills and I would highly recommend it, for all hospitality staff.

The business I work for required immediate training to meet one of our customers care needs. I contacted many accredited training providers who were not available to provide the service we needed. When contacting Tidal Training Ltd, they understood our situation and had a fantastic trainer out to us within a few days. This was very impressive!
The training itself was exceptional. Chris was funny, informative, detailed in his teachings whilst appreciating my staff all work and learn to different speeds. It was not only theory but the practical items brought out in his presentation, made learning fun and interactive. I cannot commend Tidal Training enough for their outstanding services!

Tidal Training provided a bespoke First Aid and Oxygen Therapy training course for Speciality Oxygen Service, which they tailored specifically to the needs of our business. The course was very insightful and Colin's delivery of the content was engaging. Our team all agreed that the session was very informative and all involved enjoyed the day. Recently had Moving and Handling and Dementia training from Tidal. Excellent provider of high quality training. Colin was very helpful and tailored the training just how we wanted it. He was approachable, professional and is a solution finder! Flo, who was our trainer for the day was incredibly knowledgable and we all felt we took a lot away from the sessions. Attended an Emergency First Aid at work course. Trainer (Alan Hughes) was absolutely brilliant and kept whole class engaged. Everyone passed the course which is a testament to Alan's training skills. Highly recommended.

This training was booked within a short period of time and the company were so accommodating within ensuring this was delivered within a very short period of time. The trainer who arrived was very articulate and very well informed around the issues we were facing as an organisation. The whole staff team feel they have benefited greatly from this and we have seen the knowledge of the staff develop within these fields. The trainer Christian was very person centered within his approach and ensured that he covered a variety of learning styles throughout the sessions which ensured that all staff's individual learning preferences where tailored to and this ensured a high level of retention. We would recommend this training provider to any other provider seeking professional and person centered training.

I would highly recommend this training provider for any training that you require. I requested training for my staff team,from the first phone call I felt that the staff were very professional and went out there way to help with dates for the training and getting the best trainer for the course. Colin was very helpful in regards to seeking out the location where the training could be held which he did not have to do. bit was a great help to me. The feedback received about the training from the staff was Chris the trainer was very knowledgeable in the subject,very helpful and put the staff at ease throughout the training session we will be using this training provider again in the future very positive feedback from all involved.
