I have just completed my Level 3 Diploma in Personal Training with Tom at Train 108.

Right from the start of the course, Tom was fantastic. He took time to explain everything in detail, help me with breaking down the workloads to make it more manageable for me inbetween work and family life.

I had weekly sessions with him for the practical work and to go over anything that I needed extra help with for the theory work . If I ever needed help or information outside of these sessions, he would always reply to my messages when he could and made sure I was happy with the answers. I was a little apprehensive about the practical assessments, but again, Tom was so reassuring and they were great!

I managed to complete the course in four months with his incredible help, organisation and support.

I'm so grateful to him for making it such a great experience and in helping me further my career.

I would highly recommend Train 108 to anyone looking to do the same.

I have just completed the Train 108 Yoga teacher training course and can honestly say that it has been the most rewarding experience.

Originally I was looking to do the course to expand my own practice, but was unsure if I would be a suitable candidate, after a telephone call with Tom, my mind was put at rest.
Having the opportunity to talk to Tom and find out exactly what the course involved before I signed up gave me the confidence that this was the course for me.

Tom, Olena and Stuart have a vast amount of knowledge and experience and have away of teaching that is fun and creative.

The way the course is designed meant that your time in the studio is a balance of anatomy, philosophy and practical, they were very interactive sessions, I found this a really vibrant way of learning and also helped to build beautiful dynamics with everyone on the course.

Between training weekends if there was ever any questions or queries, Tom would always respond swiftly and efficiently.

I originally wanted to do this course to expand my own yoga practice, after completing it, I have gained so much more, a deeper interest in anatomy and the history of yoga which I will continue with, but also a community of like minded people that have become beautiful friends.

I highly recommend this course it has been an amazing journey.

I recently completed my Yoga Teacher Training course level 3 with Train108 and I am delighted.
It was truly an amazing experience with such amazing, like-minded souls 💫
Great course run by a great team!

The content was beautifully laid out, thanks to which the extensive content was evenly distributed, allowing to "eat this elephant one bite at a time".

If you are considering taking a course to deepen your knowledge and your own practice or become a yoga teacher I cannot recommend it enough 🤗

It has greatly improved my knowledge of the human body and its capabilities, but it has also significantly changed my practice and changed me as a person 💚
So there is no doubt that every minute was worth it.
Thank you Train 108 for your support and for everything you have done for me🙏

Absolutely excellent yoga teacher training course. Have learned so much and enjoyed every minute. Great balance of theory, philosophy, anatomy and hands-on practice to get us ready to go out and teach our own classes. We've all learned so much and come so far. Tom, Stuart and Olena are a fantastic combination as they all have different strengths and specialisms. I fully recommend this course to anyone considering learning to teach yoga. 👍🫶🧘‍♀️😊

I recently completed Tom's Emergency First Aid course. After doing many First Aid courses in the past, I found Tom's course was excellent. He is extremely concise, personable and approachable. I felt I could ask questions throughout and he would always be kind and helpful.

If you’re thinking of yoga teacher training either to deepen your practice or to teach, I would highly recommend Train 108’s course.
The course covers a blend of practical, anatomy & philosophy & is set out across 10 months, attending the studio (a lovely sunny space) one weekend a month, with coursework, revision & practical assignments to do in between.
The course is a big commitment, financially, time-wise & emotionally, especially if you have to juggle work/ family etc - however it’s a beautiful journey, & you’ll likely meet some of the kindest like-minded souls too.
The course feels more than just yoga, it’s an amazing experience of personal growth - there will be highs & lows, tears & laughter, you might find yourself doubting yourself at times (you might even question your love of yoga at points too) but it’s such a rewarding, life enhancing course that will deepen your knowledge & prepare you to teach (should you wish to), in an authentic way.
The course is led by Tom, who is a great teacher; warm, encouraging & approachable, & great at sharing his passion, he will help you feel
motivated & inspired throughout the course.
The course is also taught by Olena & Stuart who each have a unique skill set & are hugely knowledgeable & full of wisdom, they will help you to develop both your practice. knowledge & teaching skills.
By the end of the course you’ll have to prepare and teach a session for a practical assessment, which might feel daunting but it’s a huge opportunity for growth, you’ll also have an anatomy & physiology exam too, you might feel like you’re preparing to be a doctor at one point 🙂 but it’ll all be worth it in the end and having this foundational knowledge is so valuable.
As you progress through the course, you may feel a bit like a caterpillar, you’ll likely go through some hard stuff, you’ll be in a bit of a goopy cocoon for a while, but you’ll come out the other side - (and once you get over a touch of imposter syndrome) - you’ll be able to spread your wings & fly…

I hope my experience helps you, I’d also recommend having a conversation with Tom who can help with any questions too.
