The staff were fantastic! Parking was difficult, because of construction work,but we were aware of this so prepared for it.
The room was clean though the beds a bit hard?
We ate in the cafe bar, the food is basic but reasonably priced! The unlimited breakfast is extremely good value for money! All in all, really good night's stay, would definitely use again!

I was met by a lady called Honey at the reception,she was so preffosional and helpful. She was so forthcoming and easy to talk to that i felt home and not judged by the so many questions i was asking since it was my first time in Manchester..she located my appointment place and even booked me a taxi that took me the following day..I was so amazed by her service that the following day i thought every one acts the same,i asked a different person at reception to also book me a taxi for the next day she hesitated and gave me the taxi number to call..imagine am foreign my Uganda network cannot make any calls so sad..but anyway back to Honey,please give her my flowers for an excellent job well done.

Great value for money. The room was very clean, the bed comfortable and there was a good selection for breakfast Here for an op at the eye hospital and they even had a dedicated fridge at reception for meds. Thank you to Iona for being so helpful and cheerful.

Warm and friendly welcome. |Parking available and easy to pay on your phone by scanning the QR code on the wall outside. |As a room was available we were allowed to check in a bit earlier. |Patrick couldn’t do enough for us. |The room was clean and modern and we had a good view from floor 3. |Hope to return again soon we next visit Manchester. |Great value and really pleased, overall.

There was a problem with the toilet and the fan in the bathroom . The team said they would fix it but after two nights they failed to do so. There was no hot water on our first morning. This was fixed for the second morning. If you like marmalade for breakfast bring your own - it is not available in the hotel.

Considering it's one of the refurbished hotels, it's ok, definitely not sound proof. Freezing cold in the rooms and the heater wouldn't go up, no liquid soap in dispensers. Water temperature and pressure very low/cold. Tight on tea and sugar, long wait for anyone in reception area, staff in bar did not inform us of deals for food and drink. Overall considering we've stayed in a few Travelodge's this was definitely the worst. Won't be going back again

Rooms are average, food is what you pay for although staff are very accommodating. I was in recently recovering from hospital and the bar man Alex made me feel welcome and was easy to talk to and very attentive. It might be just another travel lodge but the staff here is what makes it special

Lovely Hotel in a great location. I was checked in By Anwar who was training. He was very helpful and gave me all the information I needed about the hotel.||The next day in the restaurant I was served by Patrick who made me a pepperoni pizza. He told me they were both students from a near by College getting work experience. ||They were both very helpful and friendly and I am sure will have a great future within hospitality.||
