I have received my provisional result today and I am quite satisfied with the result. It’s AB ( Distinction.i booked my test in Bristol and it was easy to find. I liked the ambiance of the room. Their staff was really welcoming, I don’t know their names but one lady and a gentleman did their best in all the way. Examiner was bit quicker in communication and it was so challenging but I could manage to cope up with the examiner. Her pronunciation was so clear and that was the plus point for me. I will give 10/10 to Trinity SELT Bristol . Highly recommended.

The staff at the center ( Bristol) did fantastic, they will welcome you with smiles which will automatically reduce the exam pressure. I also liked the idea of having no barriers, your documents are checked and photos taken in a very secured and welcoming environment. The examiner was also fantastic, she welcomed me and introduced herself very politely. Great selection of staff. Well done Trinity College. Charles

Glad to be able to do the test in Bristol, that's very handy, the team that did the test was very helpful and friendly, special thanks to; Maria and Mandy, and I think Richard was the name of the gentleman that also explained the steps while verifying my information. They make you feel comfortable during the process, and they explained everything step by step. They were working through some technical issues at the start of the day but they managed. (the main reception cubicle already in the Trinity floor maybe is confusing, the receptionist didn't seem as approachable with all the questions people ask as soon as you arrive, maybe she got another tasks assigned to her) but any anxiety build up was taken aside by the team that organized the test with me. Thank you.
