If you are an international student, particularly from Asian countries, I strongly advise against choosing this university. They appear to intentionally fail international students and do not provide opportunities for improvement or second chances, unlike other reputed universities. This lack of support, especially in challenging situations like failing a dissertation, may force you to return to your home country without the opportunity to apply for a Post-Study Work Visa. If you want to build a career and achieve your goals, it would be better to consider other universities that genuinely support their international students.
Most of the other universities are providing all the support and CAS extension for the students support but not here.
I think this may be a helpful information for all the international students who are planning to come here for better education.

The campus at the University of Chester has a friendly, welcoming atmosphere. It’s a mix of modern buildings and historic architecture, which gives it a unique charm. The main campus is compact, making it easy to get around, and there are plenty of green spaces for students to relax in between classes. The libraries and study areas are quiet and well-equipped, perfect for focused work. There’s a strong sense of belonging, and it’s easy to meet new people, especially with the many clubs and societies available.

Overall, the campus is a comfortable and supportive environment to study and socialize in.

I had an incredible experience at the University both as a student and as the GDSC society president at the university. The academic environment was truly enriching, with access to knowledgeable lecturers, cutting-edge research opportunities, and state-of-the-art facilities. The courses were well-structured, providing a solid foundation in both theoretical concepts and practical skills that were directly applicable to my field.

One of the highlights of my experience was working with the university on various projects as an international student. The faculty and staff were supportive, approachable, and always willing to provide guidance.

Overall, my time at the University of Chester not only helped me grow academically and professionally but also shaped me as a well-rounded individual. To anyone seeking a vibrant academic community and valuable opportunities for personal and professional development, I present to you the University of Chester.

Overall, it's an excellent choice for anyone looking for quality education in a vibrant and scenic location.

I had a terrible experience at what I consider the worst university in the UK. As an international student, I believe I intentionally failed on my dissertation and was denied the opportunity to resubmit. The resubmission date was set after my student visa's expiration, preventing me from applying for a Post-Study Work visa and forcing me to return to my home country. The immense stress, pressure, and anxiety I endured throughout my academic journey were overwhelming. I was repeatedly failed in all my subjects, requiring me to rewrite assignments three times. This experience has been deeply frustrating and disheartening. It was always my dream to earn a postgraduate degree from the UK, so I chose this university carefully. However, they shattered my dreams instead of helping me achieve my goal.

Dreadful university academic appeals is a joke. I’d stay well well away from this university if you want to study here go somewhere else you’ll be best off. Assignments and exams have nothing to do with the modules they teach you nor do they care about your wellbeing!!!

The lovley city rich in cultures, the friendly and helpful lecturers, excellent service from the international centre, and incredible amounts of support from the university. If you are looking for the affordable and quality education with generous discounts, I would recommend the Chester University 🙂
