I had a truly enriching experience studying Psychology of Criminal and Forensic Behaviour at Roehampton University in London. The course was not only well-structured but also incredibly engaging, giving us the opportunity to meet and learn from professionals across the field, from those working in prisons and with sex offenders to women supporting victims of abuse and experts in forensic psychology.
The main course coordinators were consistently supportive and approachable, creating a space where students felt heard and guided with care.
I’d also like to give special thanks to the Disability Services team, whose support this year was outstanding, truly the best I’ve received in my academic journey.
I highly recommend Roehampton to anyone considering university, here you will be welcomed with warmth, respect, and a genuine dedication to student wellbeing and success.

Really happy to see nicely built prayers area allocated for Muslims prayers followed by ablution area and bidet installed commode.

Both genders prayer rooms can be found in Digby Stuart College, Froebels College, Southlands College (Queens Building) and Whitelands College and can be easily accessed via student iD card.

Teaching staff is amazing, great lessons good debates. Intellectually stimulating professionals, and I would say a reasonable level of support to students.
The university structure though is very poor. Toilets are awful. It is either too cold during winter or too hot during summer.
Food wise, if you are not Asian and/or love curry be prepared to end up like me, bringing pack lunch and dinner from home.

Good luck!

Roehampton wasn’t my choice as a university. It was the preferred supplier of my training provider for my level 7 senior leadership apprenticeship. The service is absolutely abysmal. In my second year they took our access away for reviewing journals and publications meaning I had to pay for journals. Next they sent graduation emails out last minute for January providing just a months notice for what would have cost £300. Finally, and the prompt to leave such a negative review, I have been waiting for my transcript and qualification certificate since November. Emails and calls to the registry go unacknowledged and NEVER replied to. I have attempted to complete a ticket to request this but have no access to the form to do so. I am now at a different university who need my certificate and my place on module top ups to masters is now being questioned. I work in higher education and quite frankly wonder if my time and effort with Roehampton was really worth it as the support has been lacklustre and unprofessional at best. Awarding it 1 star was generous.

One of best parkland Campus I have ever seen. It’s been 3 years I am studying at University of Roehampton and loved to be there more and more not only for study but also to relax or refresh mind.
The modern Library and natural extraordinary campus fascinate me every time.

I am very disappointed with the University’s handling of my refund request. It has been over 6 months since I applied for my refund, but I still haven’t received my money. Despite providing all the required documents and following up multiple times, there has been no proper update or resolution.

This delay has caused a lot of stress, especially since I explained my urgent financial situation. The lack of communication and accountability is unacceptable. I would not recommend this University to anyone based on my experience.

I am a current student and it’s genuinely been the worst experience ever. I have been too 3 universities including UCL where things are run properly.

This university is ridiculously unprofessional. The teaching staff are mediocre at best, the admin department especially the finance team are run by very stupid individuals who sit around all day and gossip but fail to actually do any administrative duties. If you don’t believe me check the amount of received about not receiving refunds!!!!

They don’t reply to calls and email and generally it is just a poor excuse of a university. This is why the fees are so low. Please don’t be duped like I was. It’s terrible. You’ve been warned !!!!!!!
