Save your money and take your classes somewhere else where you will actually be valued.I left this course after few classes which they refused to refund.
Teacher was a bully and extremely rude.
He was nice to native English speakers but was bullying and picking on everyone else who is not originally from the UK including me, and he is Spanish which makes situation even more ridiculous.Sometimes he came across aggressive.
I am not sure how he was even employed there.
On the top of everything he was constantly speaking in Spanish? Bear in mind that was Spanish course for beginners level 1 ?!
How on Earth we are suppose to understand Spanish at that level? If we did, we wouldn’t take the course.

My experience on the morning online B2 Spanish course was not worth my time nor money.
The teacher was consistently late and regularly missed lessons- including the very first lesson. When he was absent, I had to make contact to find out what was happening, or had happened. On one occasion I was told he could not find the host button on Zoom. On another occasion he said he had overslept.
Further to these instances, 1/3 of each lesson was left for students to engage in uncontrolled speaking with minimal corrections. When I questioned this, I was told this was done for fleuncy practice. This was unconvincing because the topics, vocabulary and grammar being used by students was never related to that being studied in class. What I observed was students being left to speak in poor Spanish, thus they were becoming fluent in bad Spanish. This all took place while the tutor built a roll up or spliff. ( I never asked him what exactly he was smoking.)
Lastly, in the second class, homework was given, but the teacher had no intention of marking it until I asked him about it.
After a few lessons, I made a complaint and I was refunded for the remainding lessons on the course.

If you have respect for yourself and time, this place is best avoided.
P.S. I have not shared the emails which evidence some of the content of this review. However, if necessary, I will do so.

I have been meaning to write a review of VAMOS Spanish school, as I am a satisfied and enthusiastic student. My teacher Ana is great. She is always well prepared and friendly and the class is such a pleasure! I have also learned so much Spanish in the short time I have been enrolled. Unfortunately an unexpected medical emergency made me have to quit partway into the course but the school administration was understanding and kind, generously allowing me to start again in the fall after full recovery without paying again- thank you! I can't wait to get back to learning Spanish with VAMOS!!!!!!

I have been studying with Vamos for almost one year now, taking in person classes in London. Its a great school and I would recommend for anyone looking to learn Spanish, I have made so much more progress with my Spanish in that last one year than I did the previous two years trying to teach myself. Both teachers I've had Tatiana and Vicky have always been friendly and enthusiastic about teaching. The classes are fun, well organised and a good mix of speaking, listening and writing. Some extra bonuses are that the school has a nice website where you can review a summary of each class and homework details. It's also possible to take a catch up class if you need to miss a lesson for holiday or any other reason. You can just arrange to join another class for the same lesson you missed, this is a great feature so you don't fall behind. Definitely give Vamos a go!

I have been studying Spanish a bit more than one year at Vamos. Classes are well structured and enjoyable - fun to learn there. Teachers are committed and class size is usually small. Free catch-up classes are available which come on handy when due to other commitments (work/holidays), it is not possible to attend the regular class.
Also, at the end of each month free conversation classes are provided for each level, which I found a really good opportunity to practice conversations in Spanish and helped improve my confidence speaking in Spanish. I definitely can recommend this school, only good experience so far.

I began studying Spanish with Vamos as a complete beginner in March and I think it has been the best decision I have ever made. The classes are a great mix of written and spoken Spanish and even the grammar is explained in a palatable way! The two teachers I have had are so friendly, enthusiastic and above all patient! Following each class you are sent resumes of what was covered by email which are extremely useful as are the online resources on the Vamos website. The lockdown began on 23rd March and ever since then the classes have been online with Zoom which has worked very well - you really don't feel at a disadvantage not being in a classroom. I would recommend Vamos to anybody studying Spanish at any level - it's the best part of the week!

I have been studying Spanish with Vamos for more than three years and it has been a lot of fun, as well as a great learning experience.

The teachers are welcoming and enthusiastic and the classes run all year round. You sign up to ten classes at a time, so it’s very flexible. All the classes are run online at present and are a great mix of Spanish conversation, learning activities and a gradual progression in the grammar.

There is a real community feel with extra activities on offer, including a film club, Spanish cooking classes and additional free conversation classes once a month.

I have found Vamos to be a great place to learn Spanish.

I started learning with Spanish with Vamos nearly 5 years ago. What a journey it has been and quite literally! I have attended classroom classes, courses away in Valencia, weekend courses focussed on thematic content, free monthly conversation classes and social events.

All the courses are very well structured and classes are interactive. Plenty of conversation as well as audio and video content to keep you interested. Teachers adjust the pace of the lessons to match the level of the class and there is regular homework of course!

The institute is also very flexible in accommodating students who may be juggling classes with work and personal commitments. You can attend catchup classes if you happen miss any. If you want to take a break between levels you can rejoin a few months later at the right level and if you find the classes too easy or too hard you can easily switch classes.

Definitely recommend irrespective what your current level of Spanish is - you can join at a level appropriate for you.
