Course wasn't too bad . Finished the course in April. Now it's end of September no certificate. I have been sending numerous emails no responses. Finally someone send poor excuse for email to confirm that I have passed the course but it's not good enough for employers.
Unfortunately I would not recommend them. Too much hustle and poor communication.
I understand it's been more challenging with Covid 19..but everyone can reply to an email now days, no excuse.
I doubt I will ever get my certificate at this rate.

I have just completed the customer service course level 2. It was a great course with lots of support if required. The tutor was excellent and very helpful and supportive. I would recommend the course to everyone. be prepared to work as there are deadlines. The end result is a certificate and knowledge. Best of all this course was free. Vision to learn are excellent facilitators and will help you with any problems related to using there site. They are friendly and so professional. Thank you to everyone and I will be back to complete another course.

After doing one course with Vision2Learn Equality and Diversity ,
i found that the on line help not only the tutor bur the staff in the offices at Vision2Learn
extremely helpful and friendly, I applied and finished 3 more courses :- Principles of Business and Administration / Nutrition and Health / Lean Organisation Management Techniques. They are all interesting and informative all 4 are closely related , i would highly recommend these courses and if you are still having second thoughts , then please ask those at Vision2Learn and they will allay any fears , i really enjoyed theseand will be looking for another one

Very Good. Except out of 4 of the Courses I completed I only received 3 of the Certificates and no one seems to know where the 4th is... ONLY 4 stars due to not receiving my 4th Certificate that I passed.
