The admin staff don't seem to know what they are doing. They forget to send out letters. Invite you to interviews that turn out to be assessments which doesn't give you chance to revise and dont tell you what paperwork they need to see until you get there so you end up wasting a journey and having to go back. Once I finally got on a course there haven't been any issues though

Helpful organisation. A lot has changed (and improved) from when I did my gcses. Other courses can be completed online and there's support and feedback when required. Weekly unit objectives so I can keep on track.

It's called Manygates Centre. Very good place. There is a cafe inside. Reasonable price and food is good as well. Nice room and neat and clean toilets.
