My Italian really improved once I started my weekly lessons with Alessandra. She covers the topics well and guides me through the nuances of grammar and spoken Italian so that my confidence to practice speaking has rapidly increased. I have been taking lessons with Alessandra for over a year now. She is so kind and patient with me. She is also very encouraging. She listens to my requests if I need to go over past material and we will revise and revisit what I am struggling with. I would recommend her for anyone wanting to learn Italian.

I really enjoy my Italian lessons with Alessandra, she is such a helpful and patient teacher. I have improved in both reading and writing Italian as well is increasing in confidence when pronouncing Italian. I would certainly recommend her classes.

I started having lessons with Alessandra in May and have thoroughly enjoyed working with her. Alessandra sets lessons that are interesting, topical and challenging. She is very encouraging, explains everything well and always gives relevant feedback. My big weakness with Italian is grammar and we are working on that and I feel that as a result I have improved in the areas we have covered so far. I have been speaking Italian for a while now and felt that I had reached a plateau so when a friend recommended Alessandra I decided to have a go. The 1:1 lesson works perfectly for me and in the short time I have been working with her it has rekindled my enthusiasm for the language and I really feel I have improved. I can’t praise Alessandra enough she is a pleasure to work with and I look forward to continued learning and enjoyment of Italian with her teaching and support. She really is brilliant!,

I have been having a weekly session with Alessandra for a good few months and have come on in leaps and bounds. Our sessions have morphed into a general chit-chat that then leads to areas and avenues that are specific to my life and that inevitably find out my linguistic weaknesses. Alessandra will help dig me out of holes and correct my blunders politely and in a useful way and the post-lesson notes are really useful. I would highly recommend.

Alessandra is a very patient and knowledgeable tutor. She is super flexible and accommodating and always checks if I’m comfortable with a subject before moving on. She also does regular revision sessions. . I very much enjoy my lessons with her and feel if only I put in as much effort as she does I would be fluent by now lol.

I love my lessons with Patrizia! Everything is at my pace, our lessons are fun and interesting and I find the resources really helpful. Patrizia answers my many questions with enthusiasm and provides helpful explanations. I came in with a random mix of levels and Patrizia has tailored our lessons to suit me perfectly, finding a balance of refreshing what I already know and gently challenging me to progress more quickly than I ever thought possible. For me, understanding spoken Italian at full speed is the hardest part of learning Italian. Patrizia makes this not a problem tailoring her delivery to my level of understanding. We describe and discuss domestic experiences extending our vocabulary, being encouraged to stretch ourselves through course work and home work. This kind of face to face learning in very small groups is in my view the best way to progress. Highly recommended
