Worst delivery company by a long shot. The driver continuously delivers packages to the wrong address, the house behind. Shoves them through their letter box. When you try the Yodel help centre all they can tell you is the Sat Nav says it's been delivered so you need to go back to the retailer and get them to sort it out. Avoid Yodel at all costs.

Shocking service, delays after delays for one then to only be lied to when my parcel "arrives" which it hasn't. I've lost money by leaving work early to go collect this and now I'll probably have to do the same again tomorrow if my boss will let me. I've lost more money than I did purchasing the item and I'm really frustrated. I will be contacting the the supplier which I bought off to inform about your lack service or professionalism because it clearly affects everyone else's business and time and it's not fair to do this to anyone else. I will not be using Yodel again and I'll be sure to inform others not to do the same either.

I would give 0 stars if possible! Paid extra shipping to have it delivered on a curtain day and only delivered half of the parcel! Can’t even ring anyone just talk to the live chat that’s absolutely ridiculous! This has definitely put me off ordering through companies that use yodel!

Absolutely useless and incredible infuriating! Ordered a Shark Hoover and was told it was going to be delivered between two times on a set date. We ensured that somebody was going to be home to receive the parcel and yet it did not arrive. Then received an order update saying that it has successfully been delivered, which it most certainly had not. No photograph on the order summary showing where it was delivered to. Went onto their online chat and was told again that it had been delivered; they sent a photo showing the parcel being delivered to an address that was not mine. I repeatedly told the customer service agent that the photograph did not show me or my address, so they must have delivered it to the wrong address. They tried to maintain it was the correct address!! I'm pretty sure I know what my address is and what my house looks like! Told me I would have to contact Shark; not sure why as they won't know where you have delivered my parcel! I told them they needed to check with the driver which house he had gone to, as it is the wrong address, and collect it. Then deliver it to my actual address. These companies should not be able to operate they are so useless!

Not a single parcel has ever been delivered correctly, or even at my door. Multiple parcels left outside a block of flats. I have a ring doorbell to prove no one had come to the door at the time of delivery yet they argue this. Waiting for a package that was meant to ne delivered a week ago and cannot speak to a human. Almoset certain a corrier once stole my package too and I was told just contact the seller. An awful, awful service. Do not use yodel.

Absolutely disgusting. Parcel said delivered but not at my address. I have two cameras and can prove that they did not come to this address plus the photo is poor and nothing on the photo is of my safe place. Alot of money spent and I will be taking this further 💯

I am extremely disappointed.

Let me give a small snapshot of the steps I took to receive the parcel that never arrived.

I nominated a trusted neighbour, who was in yesterday. No-one came to their house.

I made arrangements to work from home today.

I had CCTV out my front window – that I watched, all day today.

My front door was ajar, all day, to ensure that no impression could be given that no one was home.

I called Yodel’s Customer Care Department today – twice (once at around 1pm, then again around 4pm where one team member told me that around 4pm, my parcel had been prioritised for delivery by the depot) – 5 hours later, no sign. The Yodel depot in Aylesham is 28 minutes (23 miles) from my house.

I chatted with Yodel’s Customer Care Department - twice. I explained my since changed circumstances, that my Mom is unwell with arrhythmia – and that no one would be home, after this evening, to receive the parcel. I have now had to delay those plans in consultation with my Mom due to the risk of the parcel not being received at all.

On Wednesday, I attempted to arrange to collect the parcel, only to be informed the earliest date for collection was 30th September when, ironically, my parcel was back at the depot today (the 29th), and I could have gone to get it, had only the option been available to me, or offered to me by one of Yodel’s team. Then, further to that irony, now that no one has turned up, it will be the 30th September tomorrow.

After my last web chat at 6pm, I waited outside my house, at the intersection of my estate, for three hours, for someone to come. Evri came. Amazon came. Yodel did not come. I waited there, so it could not be said that there was no one at home, so it was impossible for anyone to get to my front door, or to my neighbours, without coming through me first. I asked every courier that came whether they had something for me.

Because the tracking information was not updated other than to say it would be delivered today, I couldn’t risk going to the pharmacy to get my tablets before going away to the Midlands. Therefore, I do not have my tablets either.

I was assured that my parcel would be delivered “as soon as possible” and, after probing further, it was established that this still meant today. In short, I have taken more steps to receive my parcel that Yodel has taken to deliver it, and all Yodel really had to do, was give it to a person with a car or van and ask them to convey it from one point on a map, to another point on a map.

To add insult to that injury, Amazon delivered an item associated with the item Yodel was meant to be delivering, much faster. I wasn’t able to nominate a safe-space. I wasn’t able to nominate coming to get it from a Yodel store – the nearest being a mere 5-minute walk to the Shell Garage on the Thanet Way. In short, I followed Yodel’s rules and its procedures, and I used its website, chat, helpline and app – and have nothing to show for it.
