The reactive dog school classes ran by Emma S, Emma N & Bethan were excellent. We learnt so much in a controlled and positive environment. The training was well structured and every week we saw progress with our rescue dog Bonnie. Can’t thank you all enough!

I've been to a few Dog School classes over the years and consistently find them really worthwhile and fun. The trainers are absolutely top class and there is always someone to answer questions and help if you aren't sure. My puppy absolutely loved going and I'd thoroughly recommend Dog School Leicestershire.

Absolutely amazing how much training is fitted into the 4wks, the Emma’s, Scott & Beth (at the last minute) were all amazing! Lots of tips, lots of information and just generally lovely people. We have booked on for the Tricks Training at another venue, Luna is a totally different dog compared to 4wks ago and it’s all thanks to Dog School Leicestershire! Thank you! We took our 5 month Schnauzer to the puppy classes.
Booking the class was easy as there were options at two local schools. One midweek the other over weekends.
We were issued a pre learning package this gave us an insight into what to expect during the classes.
We were also given access to a support hub which has helped with our training at home.
Upon booking the whole experience was professional and enjoyable. I was asked about our puppy to ensure his needs were met and making sure his behaviour would be suitable to mix in the classes with other dogs.
We were given clear instruction during the classes of how to train different commands in changing environments.
The trainers were approachable and knowledgeable, they were fantastic with the attending puppy’s. They provided additional treats and training aids to assure the puppy was engaged in training and learning.
I feel the classes have improved my bond with Buddy and would highly recommend attending.
The after support allows further access to the hub and a support line which we have used.
I couldn’t be happier with the service dogs trust provided.
Do yourself and your puppy a favour and book up.

We attended the reactive dog course at Loughborough and it’s been a massive help for us. The course is carefully structured and organised, and the trainers are really knowledgeable and helpful. I might never get to the point where my dog is unreactive but I’ve now got a much better set of tools to manage situations and stop things escalating. All of a sudden I can enjoy dog walks again.

Thank you to everyone at the Dogs Trust who ran these fun, engaging and interactive sessions.
Everything was well organised, from an initial informative call to discuss my puppies needs, support all the way through each session, and the graduation certificate.
I found the team super professional, kind, supportive and both me and my puppy got a lot a lot out of the sessions.
We've both grown in confidence and it's given me some fabulous tools and the groundwork to keep building this.

We have now attended the 4 week dogs trust dog school training for puppy’s earlier in the year and over the Christmas holidays a 2 hour workshop on loose lead walking. These training sessions are invaluable and I couldn’t recommend the course or the coaches enough (both called Emma). The courses are positive reinforcement training only and makes us humans see life /training through the eyes of a dog. We attended another puppy class elsewhere and much preferred Dogs Trust training. Dont hesitate to book. You won’t regret it. Thank you ladies. Picture of George below at end of class.

I'd 100% recommend Dogs Trust Dog School for new pet parents who are looking for that helping hand on basic training for their pups. It's very informative - from recall to leaving objects, the trainers assist you throughout the course and after graduation if you feel overwhelmed and out of control (speaking from experience). It's also a great way to get them socialising from a young age!

Emma x2 are brilliant. They answer any questions you have and find ways to adapt training to your specific situation if things aren't working out.

We went back just recently for a 1-2-1 training session as a refresher to build my Luna's confidence (and mine) after an unfortunate incident. Would recommend both courses they offer depending on your situation.
