Great place to learn , well organized. I have been a host for nearly two years and every student has been respectful of myself and my home. I have enjoyed my interactions with each of them and hope they have taken a bit of Manchester home with them.

I highly recommend taking up this position, if you have the time and commitment to such an exciting venture for these students, some of, who have left their family and friends and entered into the great expanse of life.

“It’s my first and last time with Malvern School. I spent six months with them without any progress, as they only seemed interested in my money. I faced many problems while studying with them, and I had to solve them on my own. Finally, I would not recommend this school to anyone who
is looking to learn English.”

And I would like to add that every student who finishes their study period is asked to leave excellent reviews on Google Maps. On multiple occasions, I noticed one of the staff members writing the reviews themselves. They even refused to give me my certificate until I submitted a review. This explains why the school’s ratings on Google Maps are so high.

Malvern House Manchester - the staff are friendly, kind and accommodating. Their best interest are their students. As a host I love having students, meeting new people, learning about new cultures and learning others about western culture. The school provides excellent courses, all the students I have hosted have had a great experience as well as massively improved their English!

As a homestay provider for Malvern house, I had the opportunity of hosting students from non-English speaking backgrounds, and undoubtedly, it has been a rewarding experience. The school does an exceptional job in preparing students for their academic journey and cultural immersion. This is demonstrated in many ways - from viewing the accommodation prior to students’ arrival to the time the students arrive, through to the support and guidance provided by the school staff. This level of care extends beyond academics, emphasising the importance of cultural exchange and personal growth.

My greatest satisfaction is when the students become confident in speaking English. It gives me a sense of fulfilment.

I like how the school places a significant emphasis on community and inclusivity. Students are encouraged to participate in various extracurricular activities, which not only enhance their learning experience but also help them build lasting friendships. This sense of belonging is important for international students adapting to a new environment.

Also, communication with staff is seamless, payments are prompt and the staff are supportive.

Overall, Malvern House extends beyond an educational institution, I see it as a community that supports international students in every phase of their journey.

As a homestay provider, I am grateful to be a part of this experience and look forward to welcoming more students into my home.

I have been a homestay host for two years which is a very nice experience.

I’ve had wonderful students from various countries who have all been wonderful. The students are very respectful who just want to be part of your family for their duration in Manchester.

Communicate School we’re very good at keeping me informed and answering any questions I had. The homestay team work very hard arranging placements.

I keep in contact with most of the students which hopefully displays that we built up good relationships. All of the students who have stayed with me have feed back saying and that’s all I want.
